No. The monthly memberships can be cancelled to the end of the month. The yearly “Virtual Office – Pro” memberships are a commitment to pay up front for one year.
If that’s something you’d like to do, you’re welcome to change your address to one of our other locations. Exception: A virtual office membership at our Pflügerstrasse space in Neukölln is only permitted in combination with a coworking membership.

We can draw up a simple letter of confirmation or a contract for you. Both can be used for submission to the notary.
Official mail ends up in the mailbox just like everything else. The mailbox is checked daily. However, we accept no liability for delivery by the postal service.
The minimum term is one full calendar month (1st to last day of the month).

No, we can only forward letter post. We request that any larger packages delivered to the space be picked up within 7 days.
The core requirements of a “ladungsfähige Geschäftsadresse” (summonable business address) are that it be a real, geographic location where documents can be handed over personally or deposited in a designated mailbox. Mail that arrives for our virtual office members is processed before being stored in designated shelving for later collection by the member.

Yes, if you sign for a month-by-month business address with us, you’ll receive a simple confirmation that you have your address with us. That in combination with your monthly invoice serves as your proof of membership.
If you sign up for a yearly membership (billed for in full up-front), then you will receive a full contract.
