Let us help you plan your next event. We offer our main room at our Berlin coworking space on Belziger Straße in Schöneberg as a dedicated event space for your:

Various setups are possible with space for up to 40 people seated and up to 60 people standing.

The event space at our Schöneberg coworking location is available to you:

  • Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm til late
  • Saturdays from 8 am til late 10pm

Frequently Asked Questions

When are your event spaces availble to rent?

Our two events spaces are available on weekday evenings after 6pm or on full days on Saturday and Sunday.

How does setting up before and cleaning up after an event work?

Our staff sets up the event space before the event according to its requirements (stage, seating, sound desk, etc.) We also take care of the clean-up after.

Could I make use of meeting rooms during my event?

When members or non-members book one of our event spaces, they book the entire space for that time period, so they can use the meeting rooms, phone booths and kitchens exclusively.

Can non-members rent these event spaces?

Of course!

Will tuesday's staff need to be present to oversee any events?

Each event is different and some require more supervision than others. This is assessed on an event-by-event basis.

Can you help with promoting my event?

We’re happy to help you get more attendees by pushing your event on our channels (Social Media as well as internal & external newsletters)

Would it be possible to schedule a tour of the location I rented before my event?

Yes, we would use this on-site meeting to discuss all requirements in detail as well as make any suggestions we have that we think might improve your event.

How long does it usually take to secure a rental period?

To address any potential staffing requirements, we would need to receive the booking request at the latest one week before the event is to take place.

Are there any additional costs involved with renting the space?

The rent of the space includes the free usage of our widescreen TV on wheels, projector and 3-meter screen, stand with mobile whiteboard, WiFi and kitchen. The only additional costs would be for material costs like drinks purchases or flip chart paper & print-outs.

Are there any guidelines for what technology/software we should and/or shouldn't use with the spaces' TVs?

While we have HDMI cables, wireless connection options like Google Chromecast & AppleTV, and some adapters, it’s impossible to have all the adapters. If you have a laptop with a less common connection, it might be best for you to bring your own HDMI adapter.

Can coworking space members access the coworking spaces during my event?

If you book one of our event spaces, coworkers will be told to cowork from one of our other spaces on the day of your event.
