Chandelier Sessions with Olicía – POSTPONED!

POSTPONED / VERSCHOBEN!

Unfortunately, Olicía have informed us that for personal reasons they are cancelling all of the concerts on their upcoming “Liquid Lines” tour, including ours for the Chandelier Sessions. We hope to reschedule this as soon as we can.

In the meantime, tickets for our next Chandelier Session on Wednesday, 30 November, with Ukrainian DJ NFNR (aka Olesia Onykiienko) are now available here on Eventbrite.

The third concert in our Chandelier Sessions series welcomes multi-instrumentalists Anna-Lucia Rupp and Fama M’Boup of Olicía for a live performance at our Bundesallee coworking space on Tuesday, 8 November.

“There are no clear archetypes or distinct predecessors for Olicía’s very own musical aesthetics. Heavily based upon voices and loops, augmented by both electronical and acoustic instruments, all of which they channel into surprisingly immediate, concise and emotional pop songs. Fragmented, electronic Soul or Gospel, playful multilingual Global Pop, the deep emotion of Folk Music, and a Jazz-like approach of creating everything on the spur of the moment. There are no preproduced elements in their production process on stage and even fully improvised songs regularly find their way into their live shows.”

Since space is limited, we‘re restricting attendance to 75. You must have a ticket to guarantee entry.

Get your free ticket here on eventbrite.com. And please only reserve your ticket if you’re absolutely certain you will be able to attend. Please note: Doors are at 7:30pm with music starting at 8pm or shortly after. Thanks!

Donation-based drinks will be available at the space on the evening.
