Our meeting room, “Metal”, at our space on Bundesallee in the west of Berlin, is not only beautiful & affordable, it’s very easy to reach with public transport (U7 & U9 lines – U Berliner Strasse)
With street-side access, our space, with 8 meter-high ceilings is a real eye-catcher. Keep an eye out for the giant chandelier – don’t worry, its power-saving LEDs with electricity from Polarstern means we’re adhering to the sustainability standards we set ourselves.

Yes! We offer a per-person per-day drinks flat-rate which includes organic coffee, a wide selection of Cupper teas and Viva Con Agua mineral water.
Catering is only possible with event space rentals where there are 10 or more participants.
The meeting rooms and the event space can both be booked until 10pm.
If your cancellation reaches us 48 or more hours before the booking, cancellation is free.
If you cancel 48-24 hours before your booking, you will be charged 50% of the price of the first day’s rental. For example, if a booking which you make for a Monday (9am-6pm) and Tuesday (9am-5pm) is cancelled between Saturday 9am and Sunday 9am, then 50% of the fee for Monday (9am-6pm) will be charged. Tuesday will not be charged.
Using the same example, if you cancel 24 hours or less before your booking, you will be charged 100% of the price of the Monday rental and 50% of the price for the Tuesday rental.
From Monday to Friday it’s one hour. At the weekend it’s two hours.
