On 8 March 2021, International Women’s Day, we spoke with Berlin radio station Inforadio (RBB Kultur) about our campaign to try to encourage other companies to reassess their wage structures. We’re setting an example by offering womxn who cowork from our space the equivalent of the gender pay gap (19%) as a discount on their memberships.

By highlighting how even a small company like tuesday coworking can afford to do something like this, we hope to encourage larger companies with greater profits to look at how they too can contribute to better wage equality.
