Materials
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If not pay 1€ to use one of Naudia’s or purchase one from her for €10.

• Office Yoga – counteracts the effects of sitting all day, energizes and improves cognition

• Breath & Focus – uses breathing techniques to improve mental focus and productivity, reduces stress and
improving posture

Yoga sessions with Naudia are every Monday evening at 6 pm in the Belziger Strasse meeting room.

– Minimum number of participants is two, maximum is four.

– The price is €10/person per 1-hour session and you are requested to pay straight away upon signing up

– Unfortunately, no refunds can be given. If you realise you can’t make it, it’s up to you to find someone to take your place.
