Meeting Room

We have a bookable meeting room exclusively for office space users. Each individual gets 5 hours in the meeting room per month included for free.

Phone Booth

Our free-to-use, bookable “Poddie” phone booth with automatic ventilation, lighting, USB ports, plug sockets and excellent insulation means you have everything you need for your comfortable and confidential call!

Kitchen & Lounge

Make yourself a cup of coffee and cook yourself up some lunch in our modern kitchen.

We get freshly roasted “Buna’a Dima” coffee from Coffee Circle delivered to the space. Not only is it delicious and fair-trade, but for every kilo we buy, €1 goes to the farmer for training and sustainability programmes.

Who we are

tuesday coworking was founded in 2016 by Irishman, John Neilan, who you’ll invariably meet around the spaces, tightening toilet seat lids, resolving meeting room display tablet issues or frowning into his laptop.

He’s joined by tuesday’s two Community Managers, Valeria and Ambre, the lives of the party, who make sure our coworkers have everything they need and are kept informed when it comes to the different events we organise at the spaces.

Together, we do our best to make everyone feel welcome while staying true to our values of sustainability, fairness and easy-going professionalism.

Your own private lockable rooftop office without any distractions.

This package gives you access to our Düsseldorfer Straße space with your own office just for you! Set up your monitor(s), arrange your family photos, bring over your favourite lamp. This office is yours and no-one else’s! This is what you get included:

  • Fully equipped workstations (office chairs, electrically height-adjustable tables)
  • 5 hours/month of meeting room usage per member, unlimited use of the bookable phone booth
  • Printing for free
  • Shower
  • Coffee, tea, milk (regular/oat)
  • Smart office lighting (dimmable, 16.5 million colour spectrum)
  • 50% off our event space usage on Bundesallee

  • Minimum membership is three months
  • Contract can be terminated with a two month notice period (to the end of the month)
  • A one-month deposit is required

  • Our six-person offices (30 / 45m²) cost €1690 / 1790 net per month (2 available)
  • Our five-person office (30m²) costs €1490 net per month (1 available)
  • Our four-person offices (20m²) cost €1190 net per month (3 available)

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any extra costs associated with renting office spaces with you?

If you choose to register your business at our address, then the GEZ (Germany’s TV and broadcasting licensing authority) may get in touch with you. If they do, then you will have to pay for broadcasting license fees, which amounts to min. €54 per quarter. This is the only extra cost you may be faced with.

What is your cancellation policy?

For office space, our cancellation policy is two months’ notice to the end of the month. Meaning: If you cancel on 15 June, the earliest you can exit your membership is 31 August. However, if we find a new members who would like to come in quickly and the current member would like to leave their office sooner, then we can facilitate a quicker exit.

What is the average occupancy rate and availability of office space at tuesday?

Our average occupancy is 100% at our Schöneberg space. Our new Düsseldorfer Strasse office space has a number of offices available. If you’re interested, we’ll happily arrange a viewing with you.

Is there a way to track the availability of office space without monitoring this site?

Are there any other amenities/benefits that this membership provides?

You have access to the meeting rooms (5 hours per members per month) and phone booths (unlimited) as well as a whole host of benefits like free coffee and discounts, etc.

How can my team and I access our office space?

You and your team will have smartphone access to the spaces and physical keys to the specific office(s).

What security measures do the offices have?

We have security cameras, alarm systems and smart access solutions which can be activated and deactivated as needed.

What is the maximum capacity of the offices?

At any one time, our largest team offices could fit a maximum of seven team members, however, using our Hybrid Workspace software, you would be able to have, for example, seven colleagues come in on one day, and seven different colleagues come in the next day. What can I do if all your office space is full?

We’re happy to add you to our waiting list. Things can change fast and if one of our teams want to move out as quickly as possible, then we’ll start going through our waiting list to see who’s ready to come take their place.

Are there any setup fees?

No.

Are there times and/or days I / we would not be able to access the office?

No. Since your office is your kingdom and all your stuff is in there, you are always guaranteed access to your office.
