With 9 1 (last updated: 2 January 2026) separate lockable offices currently available across 400 square meters, you or your team can enjoy the perfect environment to simply get stuff done.

We have a bookable meeting room exclusively for office space users. Each individual gets 5 hours in the meeting room per month included for free.
Our free-to-use, bookable “Poddie” phone booth with automatic ventilation, lighting, USB ports, plug sockets and excellent insulation means you have everything you need for your comfortable and confidential call!
Make yourself a cup of coffee and cook yourself up some lunch in our modern kitchen.
We get freshly roasted “Buna’a Dima” coffee from Coffee Circle delivered to the space. Not only is it delicious and fair-trade, but for every kilo we buy, €1 goes to the farmer for training and sustainability programmes.

More info +This package gives you access to our Düsseldorfer Straße space with your own office just for you! Set up your monitor(s), arrange your family photos, bring over your favourite lamp. This office is yours and no-one else’s! This is what you get included:
If you choose to register your business at our address, then the GEZ (Germany’s TV and broadcasting licensing authority) may get in touch with you. If they do, then you will have to pay for broadcasting license fees, which amounts to min. €54 per quarter. This is the only extra cost you may have to face.
For office space, our cancellation policy is two months’ notice to the end of the month. Meaning: If you cancel on 15 June, the earliest you can exit your membership is 31 August. However, if we find new members who would like to come in quickly and the current member would like to leave their office sooner, then we can facilitate a quicker exit.
Our average occupancy is 100% at our Schöneberg space. Our new Düsseldorfer Strasse office space has a number of offices available. If you’re interested, we’ll happily arrange a viewing with you.

You have access to the meeting rooms (5 hours per members per month) and phone booths (unlimited) as well as a whole host of benefits like free coffee and discounts, etc.

At any one time, our largest team offices could fit a maximum of seven team members, however, using our Hybrid Workspace software, you would be able to have, for example, seven colleagues come in on one day, and seven different colleagues come in the next day.
