This package gives you access to our Düsseldorfer Straße space with your own office just for you! Set up your monitor(s), arrange your family photos, bring over your favourite lamp. This office is yours and no-one else’s!

  • 5 hours/month of meeting room usage per member included
  • Coffee, tea, milk (regular/oat/lactose-free) & printing for free
  • Minimum membership is three months
  • Contract can be terminated with a two month notice period (to the end of the month)
  • A one-month deposit is required

Are there any extra costs associated with team room memberships?

If you choose to register your business at our address, then the GEZ (Germany’s TV and broadcasting licensing authority) may get in touch with you. If they do, then you will have to pay for broadcasting license fees, which amounts to min. €54 per quarter. This is the only extra cost you may be faced with.

What is your cancellation policy?

For team offices, our cancellation policy is two months’ notice to the end of the month. Meaning: If you cancel on 15 June, the earliest you can exit your membership is 31 August. However, if we find a new team who wishes to come in quickly and the current team would like to leave the their office sooner, then we can facilitate a quicker exit.

What is the average occupancy rate and availability of team offices at the office spaces?

Our average occupancy is 100%. Every now and then, we have openings, which we fill quickly. If you’re interested, we’re happy to put you on our short waiting list.

Is there a way to track the availability of team offices at the spaces without monitoring this site?

You could set up an AI bot to inform you of any changes to the text made on this page. We ourselves use a handy free bot from browse.ai to be informed of changes to other websites.

Are there any other amenities/benefits that this membership provides?

You have access to the meeting rooms (10 hours per members per month) and phone booths (unlimited) as well as a whole host of benefits like free coffee and discounts, etc.

How can my team and I access our team office?

You and your team will have smartphone access to the spaces and physical keys to the team offices.

What security measures do the offices have?

We have security cameras, alarm systems and smart access solutions which can be activated and deactivated as needed.

What is the maximum capacity of the team offices?

At any one time, our largest team offices could fit a maximum of five team members, however, using our Hybrid Workspace software, as detailed above, you would be able to have, for example, four colleagues come in on one day, and four different colleagues come in the next day. What can I do if the team offices are full?

We’re happy to add you to our waiting list. Things can change fast and if one of our teams want to move out as quickly as possible, then we’ll start going through our waiting list to see who’s ready to come take their place.

Do you need to pay anything or get a membership to be on the waiting list?

No, we’ll add you to our waiting list and then get in touch when an option opens up.

Are there times and/or days where my team would be unable to access the team office?

No. Since your team office is your kingdom and all your stuff is in there, you are always guaranteed access to your office.
