If you choose to register your business at our address, then the GEZ (Germany’s TV and broadcasting licensing authority) may get in touch with you. If they do, then you will have to pay for broadcasting license fees, which amounts to min. €54 per quarter. This is the only extra cost you may be faced with.
For team offices, our cancellation policy is two months’ notice to the end of the month. Meaning: If you cancel on 15 June, the earliest you can exit your membership is 31 August. However, if we find a new team who wishes to come in quickly and the current team would like to leave the their office sooner, then we can facilitate a quicker exit.
Our average occupancy is 100%. Every now and then, we have openings, which we fill quickly. If you’re interested, we’re happy to put you on our short waiting list.

At any one time, our largest team offices could fit a maximum of five team members, however, using our Hybrid Workspace software, as detailed above, you would be able to have, for example, four colleagues come in on one day, and four different colleagues come in the next day.
