Exciting news! After successfully renegotiating our contract at Bundesallee, we’ve managed to jettison the accurséd revenue share model and instead revert to a regular rental agreement! “Too technical, John, what do you really want to say?”
OK, long story short, we’re now able to offer even more competitive pricing and even more bang for both your coworking & your team office buck across all our spaces. How about that! That’s right, two “even mores”!
Reducing the prices?! How come…?
2025 was a relatively kind year to tuesday (despite all the heartbreak), which means we can now offer more space to all our coworkers, and I’m not just talking about the expansion of our flagship space at Belziger Strasse.
And 2026 continued in the same vein:
This January saw us renegotiate our deal at Bundesallee and the 25% revenue share our landlord was getting is now no more! Saints be praised! This means we can reduce the price for you, but still keep our earnings at a healthy enough level.
So, from February 2026 onwards, we’ll finally be able to streamline our coworking membership packages across all our spaces, which means we’re not only in some cases dropping the price of our full-time “Flex 100” package by €20, we’re now granting all coworkers access to all three of our coworking spaces at no extra cost!
Yep, all members can now enjoy half-time or unlimited coworking from our Schöneberg (Belziger Str. 71), Neukölln (Pflügerstrasse 18) and Wilmersdorf (Bundesallee 187) spaces and not pay a penny more!
