French and Japanese classes – New Exhibition – tuesday goes 24/7
Hello! We’re back from the holidays, survived Blue Monday, gotten pregnant (congratulations, B!) and now we’re re-energised with some veritable Radioactive Man “up and atom”-like gumption! What more do we need to get 2018 going? Well, how about some culture and learning, tuesday? It was a rhetorical question, but OK! Here we go! This is actually insane, but very much happening:New language courses at tuesday
SPEAK, a linguistic and cultural community program, (www.speak.social
) are requesting a symbolic €29, that’s right, €29, to cover 12 weeks of basic French lessons or, alternatively, 12 weeks of basic Japanese at tuesday coworking.
Applications are being accepted now and classes are scheduled to be once a week on Mondays, starting 29 January 2018 and running until 23 April 2018.Japanese (basic), Mondays from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, first class: 29 Jan. 2018French (basic), Mondays from 7:30pm to 9:00pm, first class: 29 Jan. 2018
The classes are for the most part conversational, but guided. Grammar may not be the name of the game, but inclusion, openness and fun are. The exhibition, "White Collection & Rust, Stockholm – Berlin" by Helene Söhr / GaS, shown in March 2017 at the gallery Erik Axl Sund / Stockholm, is now in Berlin. tuesday coworking welcomes Helene Söhr for her first exhibition in Germany. Using wood, metal mesh and sandpaper, Helene creates intricate objets d’arts as well as different fabric pieces in the shape of suits of armour. For more on Helene’s art, check out:
