So! We have one last event (workshop) this year at tuesday before we say sayonara to 2019 and moshi moshi (もしもし) to 2020:
Understanding and expressing what you need in any situation using NVC
Thursday, 19 December from 3-5pm at our Belziger Strasse space.
This is a donation-based communication workshop with Stef Rok. Places are limited, so if you want to attend, make sure to sign up here on the Meetup.com event page. The workshop will be in German or English or both, depending on the participants
And with that, all that’s left to say is a thank you for your interest in our space and coming to our events. Here are a few of the highlights for the year that was 2019:
- We cracked 100 concurrent members!
- We doubled the amount of coworking space
- We added a podcasting booth
- We were featured in the Irish Times!
- We hosted over 60 events and learned about, among other things, the cultural heritage of Senegal and Ireland, the road movies of Iran, the cuisine and languages of Turkey, Germany and Morocco), the future of AI, technology & creativity and still had time to put on three art exhibitions!
- We had seminars & workshops on Pinterest, meditation, Facebook advertising, poetry, women in comedy, weekly open-source coding classes, supercoops and growing chilis!
- There was our wine & cheese tasting, we had Coworking in the Park, and, of course, the unforgettable tuesday coworking Christmas Cracker Karaoke Crumble!
What does the future hold for tuesday?
We’re open for members over the Christmas period and will be back in January for old & new members with another new film series, with more “Tell It! Tuesdays“, more language classes (this year Deniz of Feinsprecher will be adding Spanish lessons to her language learning with cooking classes), a nap room (as chosen by our members) and, since this year was so unpredictable, probably a lot of other things we don’t yet know.
